A brand new 3 colors CNC Screen Printer is setup, as a complementary to existing Spray Painting Line & Metallizing Machine (also from Decotec).
Now this customer is happy to announce they are capable to do all types of decorations on bottles.

 

Nov. 2016, Single Booth Automatic Spray Painting Line, 3 Colors Screen Printer
& Vacuum Evaporation Machine are setup in our European Customer's Factory

In the brand new workshop, Single Booths Electrostatic Spray Painting Line, Vacuum Evaporation Machine & 3 Colors CNC Screen Printer are working without stop and make our customer more competitive in the market.
With all these 3 machines, our customer will be able to handle also all decorations om bottles:
1. Spray Painting on Glass
2. Mirror Effect Metalization
3. Multi-colors Screen Printing 

    

Oct. 2016, Double Booth Automatic Spray Painting Line & Vacuum Evaporation Machine are setup in our European Customer's Factory

New Double Booths Electrostatic Spray Painting Line is setup to meet the huge demand of glass bottles decoration in Europe.
Together with the spray painting line, an Vacuum Evaporation machine is installed.

  

June. 2016, Double Booth Automatic Spray Painting Line & Vacuum Evaporate Machine are setup in our U.A.E. Customer's Factory

The New Double Booths Electrostatic Spray Painting Line is designed for fulfilling the growing demand of spray painting Cosmetic Bottles.
With this new machine, our customer will be able to handle:
1. Two layers/colors spray painting on bottles
2. Hourly output up to 3,600 piece

Fully Automatic 6 Colors CNC Servo Driven Bottle Screen Printing machine RUV 306 is successfully setup in customer's factory.
RUV 306 is designed for maximum 6 colors printing on different shapes of bottles: Round, Square, Flat & Oval.
Movement of Squeegee, Screen, Fixture, Printing Station are controlled by servo driver & PC
this machine can be customized to meet your requirements

Now JL Decotec is the ONLY manufacturer in China of
Electrostatic Turbo Bell / Turbo Disk System for water-based paint.

Advantages of Electrostatics Turbo Bell & Turbo Disk spray painting system:

Oct. 2014, JL Decotec become supplier of Water-based Paint to US decorators

After a series of tests, includes: 24 hours Water Test, Chemical/Alcohol Resistance, Tape Test, Curing Condition Test, etc.
Water-based Paint WB-01 series was found could provide excellent coating for Glass.
US customer gave very positive feedback on our product.
