Thinning

Only requires water as thinner to be added to obtain a spray application viscosity 10 to 12 sec. IWATA #2 cup.

AD01

Recommended Application Mixing Ratio

WB-01: AD01: Water = 100: 2: 20 to 30 (by weight)

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be clean, free from contaminants and grease.
WB-01 have excellent adhesion on cold-end treatment coating.
No need to "Burn Off" cold-end coating before spray coating.

Application Method

Method of application: conventional, HVLP and Electrostatic disc/gun spraying.
For perfect coating, Electrostatic Spraying System is recommended.

Curing Requirement

15-20 min.@ 170-180°C
