Vaccum Evaporation Metallizing Mahine
What is it?
A machine for achieving Metallising Effect on Glass Bottles, Plastic Bottles, Plastic Caps, etc.
* Spray Painting Line is needed.
How It Works
For glass or plastic substrates, a base coating is needed to make metal easier to cover on surface smooth and even;
1. Spray the Clear Water-based paint on substrates and cure this coating.
2. Put sprayed articles into the matallizing machine for metallization;
3. Spray another layer of paint on top of metallizing surface.
This top coating will be a protective coating to the metallizing surface.
And also able to achieve other Colors, such red, blue, etc., by spraying translucent colors paint.
